School Leaders

Collaborating on administration teams, I participated in big-picture discussions that shaped initiatives, programming, and the development of mission and vision planning across preschool to grade 12 settings. These experiences inspire me to craft dynamic, research-driven frameworks that elevate instructional practices by way of customized professional development support.

I also specialize in streamlined systems and data-analyzed documentation, helping leaders optimize operational efficiency while they navigate the day-to-day happenings that arise across school campuses. With perspectives from multiple school environments, I look forward to connecting ideas and solutions through a proactive approach focused on relationship-building and growth for teachers and students.

My support includes integrating evidence-based strategies aligned with the latest research. I am particularly passionate about the Science of Reading, early intervention, neurodiversity, and how to implement instructional and assessment tools and methods to support all learners. Recent schoolwide collaborations include DIBELS® Adoption & Training, Listening to Learn Math Assessment Implementation, Math Curriculum Selection, and STEAM and Literacy Reviews.

Founding & Elevating
Student Support Teams

Launching two Student Support Teams at San Francisco and San Diego schools was an honor. I bring together educators, administrators, families, students, psychologists, and specialized experts to provide a holistic approach to student-centered support. By empowering the strengths, identities, and mindsets of children & adolescents, we can help them understand themselves as learners to create joyful and successful experiences within their schools and communities.

Creating & Analyzing Admissions Data

For independent school leaders, I offer strategic guidance on developing diverse and equitable admissions processes. This includes creating customized screening materials for prospective students and providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making. My strong understanding of child development enables me to design developmentally appropriate tools, while my organizational and analytical skills help present the corresponding data in accessible and effective methods.
